Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will refund 100% of your order if the item(s) returned is in its original unworn condition and within the terms listed below:
U.S. Residents
Please email us at service@tadamjewelry.com within 14 days from the receipt of your order to let us know which item(s) you are returning. We will send you a UPS return shipping label by email or by postal mail for you to affix to your box. Please return your item(s) in the same shipping box you received your item(s) in.
Canadian Residents
Please email us at service@tadamjewelry.com within 14 days from the receipt of your order to let us know which item(s) you are returning. Please return your item(s) in the same shipping box you received your item(s) in.
Returns are to be mailed to Tadam Jewelry via standard mail service with tracking or insurance. We will refund your purchase price plus your return shipping charges when we receive your returned item(s). Please send your return to: Tadam Jewelry, Inc.
